Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

The staff were so polite and attentive! We arrived at night and the receptionist Xiomara greeted us with such warmth! We were impressed because it isn't common to find such good customer service specially late at night! Kudos for the whole team! We were very happy when she offered a room in an area with less outsider noise because we had been traveling for days and needed a good quiet place to rest!🥰 Also the breakfast was complete and full of choices. This was the first time in the US where I really enjoyed the breakfast served! I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Central location with reasonable driving distance from multiple attractions. Great Value for money. Good pool. Spacious rooms. Free secured parking.

Hotel & Room was clean. Cleaning staff daily basis did room service, bedding, new Towel, vaccume etc. There is a Pool and GYM as well. Breakfast was good, almost everything you needed for breakfast. Free tea/coffee and water 24 x 7 at Reception. Location was good close to HWYs. Internet speed was also good.

The free breakfast actually surprised me, to be honest. I thought or assumed it would be Continental Breakfast at this hotel. Fortunately to our surprise, the hotel served FULL breakfast! There was a juice station, coffee station, pastries and breads of varying types. Cereal, oatmeal, milk, water and soda machine (self-serve), as well as several Belgian waffle makers with toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes. Even the front desk reservationist and maintenance/housekeeping staff were super friendly and nice. The entire lobby area and our hotel room was very clean and loved our stay. Location was perfect driving between Orange County areas and downtown LA proper. All in all, my friends and I plan on staying here again in the future and highly recommend any Best Western Plus Hotel for hotel accommodation and travel needs.
